Spencer Shay is Carly's 26 year-old brother who is her legal guardian because their father is overseas in the military. Spencer was in law school, but dropped out to become an artist. Spencer usually is working on some unique artwork like sculptures. He is crazy, wild, and a lot of fun. His nickname is Spence.
