Recently Nathan Kress spent some time with MediaBlvd.com about the success of iCarly, how he landed the role of Freddie, a guest role he had on Drake & Josh, the Nickelodeon Cruise, how filming of iCarly works, about handling school. Nathan’s favorite episode, his relationship with Jennette McCurdy, and other prjects he would like to do.

Nathan Kress passed his drivers license on September 3rd.  Nathan recently tweeted, “Going out to do some last minute driving practice with Dad. Driving test tomorrow!! AHH, I’m so nervous!!! I want my license sooo bad! WOOO-HAH!! i’m a licensed California driver! be afraid ”

By now you’ve all heard about the vidoe that hit the web in the past 10 days where Nathan Kress reportedly talked about the end of iCarly and that this was thier last season.  There were reports all over the web like this one at the Examiner that were titled like “Nathan Kress confirms end of iCarly?”

According to all official reports, the latest articles, and some inside sources, iCarly will remain as Nick executives have been quoted as being very happy and pleased with the show.  Miranda Cosgrove likes doing the show, but may decide to go on hiatus when she goes off to college, but that won’t be for a few years.  It turns out that it was a big hoax!  Check out this video -

Jennette posted about the cruise yesterday on her blog. Here is an excerpt:
“I’m boarding the Nickelodeon Cruise tomorrow! Woohoo! It should be a blast! My good friends Nathan Kress and Keke Palmer are gonna be aboard the ship as well, so hopefully we’ll have a great time together!…There are several meet-and-greet sessions scheduled as well as a few photoshoots and even behind-the-scenes videos that will be shot during our interviews, autograph sessions, and excursions (ziplining, anyone?). …I hope some of you reading this blog will be on the ship with me! Be sure to say hello! I can’t wait to meet you!!!

It looks like some iCarly fans are going to have some great fun and get to meet Jennette McCurdy and Nathan Kress on this latest Nick Cruise. Wishe we were going that’s for sure. If anyone who is on the cruise reads this, please post some of your experiences!

This latest Seddie video focuses on the newest iCarly episode, iTwins, which airs tonight -

Well, iCarly creator and writer, Dan Schneider tweeted today the following – “Been awake since 5:30 AM. Still writing this week’s iCarly script, tentatively titled “iFind Lewbert’s Lost Love.” Script is a fun one!”

So, we surmise from the title that the gang gets involved with finding Lewbert’s long lost girl friend.  We believe that the gang gets involved since Lewbert has been miserable, more than ever, since Freddie’s mom stopped seeing him.  So the gang decides that they’ll do a good deed when they find out that Lewbert had a lost love, they’ll find her!   This is all our best guess, so don’t hold us to it.  We also know that some of the episode occurs in the Bushwell Plaza Lobby.  Might it be that Lewbert’s old girl friend works there?   Stay tuned as we’ll dig for more information on this new episode – “iFind Lewbert’s Lost Love”.  In the mean time, danwarp was kind enough to twitpic a number of pictures from the run through, and here they are:

Nathan Kress and Noah Munck will be working the Red Carpet at the Well Done Awards this Sunday, May 31st.  The Well Done Awards are like the Oscars for good-deed doers and for  recognizing “spiritual successes” in famous and ordinary people.  The Well Done Awards event is also a fundraiser for the Kingdom Assignment , an international fundraiser for charities.

They are shooting an iCarly episode featuring everyone as a hobo, and danwarp has been graciously posting pictures of the iCarly gang.  Here are a few more courtesy of danwarp:

That’s right, Nathan Kress wears a purity ring. Here is what he had to say about it on his myspace page – “I’ve gotten some comments from people asking if I wear a purity ring. Well, as a matter of fact I do! I got it about a year ago, right before the 2008 Kid’s Choice Awards, and I love it so much! It’s a silver band with a Hebrew inscription in white gold. Translated, it says “To be pure”. Now normally with a purity ring, it represents one’s commitment to abstinence, but I also wanted it to represent my conviction to live as pure a life as I can with God’s help.”
